fw108 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and place any wager. Age verification is required as part of our KYC process, and accounts belonging to underage users will be closed and funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold a single registered account on the fw108 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — will be merged, suspended, or permanently closed, and any associated bonus balances will be voided.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

To register and maintain an Account on fw108, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
fw108 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents and proof of address — at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fw108 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each person may hold only one registered Account on the fw108 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the voiding of all balances therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. fw108 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. fw108 recommends:
fw108 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, collusion, or any other activity contrary to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, fw108 may retain funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential Account closure. fw108 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal where the deposit source cannot be verified.
fw108 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. fw108 is not liable for delays attributable to your payment provider's processing times or system outages.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has completed the KYC verification process. fw108 requires the following documents for KYC clearance:

fw108 processes withdrawals to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. Where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, fw108 may request an alternative verified payment method at its discretion.
fw108 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; (c) the Account is under investigation for breach of these Terms; or (d) applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been met. In all cases, fw108 will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected User.
fw108 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion detail page at the time of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fw108 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
fw108 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all bets and balances associated with such conduct, and to report the activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities where required by law.
All content on the fw108 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and game assets — is the exclusive property of fw108 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fw108 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you for:
fw108's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits fw108's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
fw108 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.
fw108 collects personal data — including name, date of birth, address, contact details, identity documents, payment information, and betting history — for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have consented, promotional communications.
fw108 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game providers) strictly to the extent necessary to deliver Platform services. All such third parties are contractually bound to maintain data confidentiality consistent with applicable standards.
fw108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, fw108 will provide notice by one or more of the following methods: (a) posting a notice on the Platform homepage; (b) sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account; or (c) displaying an in-platform notification at login.
Amendments take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account, at which point any verified Real Money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. fw108 recommends checking this page on your first login each month for any updates.
This Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fw108 is incorporated and licensed as an offshore operator. fw108 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal or available in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Agreement limits your right to pursue remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
